Hi! My name is Julie and I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, corrective exercise specialist and senior fitness specialist. My fitness journey began at home where I transformed a small space into a haven for health and growth. Without the bustling energy of the gym, I learned to rely on consistency and accountability to stay motivated. My proudest achievements are not just the certifications l earned but the tenacity it took to obtain them.
Fitness became more than physical - it was a tool to strengthen my mind , calm my anxiety and nervous system. Today I stand stronger and more grounded proving that true strength is built from persistence , passion, and purpose.
I offer a variety of services that go beyond just working out. From nutrition coaching to injury prevention, and lending a non-judgemental ear, I am dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to fitness. I have certifications in personal training, nutrition, corrective exercise specialist and I am seniors fitness specialist through ISSA ( international sports science association)
The fitness studio is a peaceful private place where you can focus on your health without distractions. The space is designed to feel comfortable and connected, creating an environment where you feel at ease, supported and motivated. Unlike the loud crowded atmosphere of big gyms, this studio offers a calm, welcoming energy allowing you to train with confidence and clarity. It’s a place where you can reset recharge and build strength— Physically and mentally.

You don't need any equipment to train with Fitness with julie. We offer a variety of training programs that can be done using bodyweight exercises, functional strength training exercises and heart health training.
Fitness with julie is open Monday through Saturday by appointment, my goal is to work around your schedule (within reason and availability) and find a workout schedule that works for your life.
Training sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of program and individual needs.
Yes, Julie will visit you in your home for an extra fee of $10 per session!
we have different options available for commitments you will make to yourself. 1,3, and 6 months are on contract.
As a busy mom of two myself, I understand the importance of finding time to take care of yourself, but also accommodating the needs of your children. You can absolutely bring your child long if you cannot find alternative care, there will be space provided.
